Our 2 day TEIQ Accreditation course focuses on emotional intelligence and the insight it provides about your staff. We aim to help you to understand the basic theoretical principles of emotional intelligence, and then move towards applying these to workplace situations. The course provides knowledge and skill on how to utilise emotional intelligence in self-management as well as assisting in the personal development of your staff. The impact of emotional intelligence on leadership is also explored.
